Working for a well known veterinary group I see a fair share of animal products day to day. Few of these however have offered both my cat Billy and me the amount of peace of mind and freedom the Sure Flap has. Not only is it quick to install, it looks great and thankfully allows only my cat in and out of the house.

Billy now gets to chose when he plays and when he sleeps inside whilst I no longer have to worry other cats visiting whilst I’m out. SureFlap is simply a must have for anyone living in the city.

I was dubious about buying a microchip cat flap but after having read a few independent reviews (all positive!) I decided to buy one for my beautiful cat, Parsley.

After installation I prepared myself for a good hour for setting it up, but it literally consisted of one button press then a quick coaxing with a treat and it was configured within minutes. I was so surprised!

Parsley loves her freedom and we haven't had any unwanted visitors so I can hand on heart say I will never buy another cat flap again.

I have two beautiful Burmese cats, William and Billie who often came into the house having lost their collars.  They are now both secure in the knowledge that we no longer have intruding neighbourhood cats sneaking in through the flap and eating their food, which they found most distressing.

I can’t recommend SureFlap highly enough and the after-sales service and advice I have received has been second to none.  Wonderful product!

SureFlap is a wonderful invention.  It doesn’t let any unwanted neighbour’s cats in and I have seen the neighbour’s cat trying!  Cassie is a very happy kitten now and it gives her freedom to come in and out as she pleases.  I think the greatest thing is that I know Cassie is the only cat that can come in and out of my house and so I am not worried about leaving the house and dreading coming back to find that another cat has been in.  It is like she has her own front door key, if you know what I mean.

I would like to thank SureFlap.  I am so thrilled it and would definitely recommend it to anyone with a cat.

I must take this opportunity to tell you how pleased I am with the cat flap, and what a wonderful product you have produced.  I have tried collar magnet and infrared cat flaps but as Pebbles loses his collars quite frequently these are no good.  It works very well and he finds it easier to use than previous ones.

Your customer service is excellent and all the staff I have spoken to have been very helpful and friendly.  I would not hesitate in recommending you to anyone with a cat problem of unwelcome visitors.

SureFlap was easy to fit and works perfectly, keeping out our neighbour's cat who had taken to eating our cats' food and peeing daily in our kitchen. It is also easy to programme and our cats took to it straight away, even Molly who is pretty dim.  The best bit on the first day was seeing next door's cat peering in with a completely confused expression!

I just wanted to say how pleased I am that I invested in a SureFlap cat flap.  I sent you a query last week re. fitting in glass etc, as I had an existing hole and an unreliable magnetic flap.  I was sceptical about SureFlap but the fitting took 5 minutes and the learn mode worked straight away, and my cat's microchip is 10 years old.

I just wanted to say how impressed I am with your SureFlap microchip cat flap.  After having problems with my cat learning how to pull off his collar which held the magnet to open his old cat flap I had to resort to leaving him collarless.  This meant leaving his cat flap jammed open - on the first day I came home to fur everywhere in the house where another cat had came in and started a fight!

After searching the net I a came across your product and was a little dubious but thought I'd give it a go.  It was so simple to install/setup and fitted perfectly into the hole from my old cat flap. The sensor is very responsive and unlocks the flap as soon as my cat puts his head into the tunnel - happy days!!!

We just wanted to say how impressed we are with our new SureFlap cat flap, both in the quality of the product and the technology.  After our elderly cat started being bullied in her own home by a neighbour’s cat we tried magnetic and then infra-red cat flaps.  They were both completely useless and a waste of money, causing nearly as much stress to our cat as the intruder.
